7705 - Purpure hemorrhagica Rating
An evaluation of 100 percent is assigned whenever there is acute fulminating disease with few or brief remissions. 100
An evaluation of 70 percent is granted for chronic disease following severe, acute attacks of not more than one a year with infrequent hemorrhages. A higher evaluation of 100 percent is not warranted unless there is evidence of acute fulminating disease with few or brief remissions. 70
An evaluation of 60 percent is assigned for chronic disease following severe attacks with several years remission. A higher evaluation of 70 percent is not warranted unless the record shows chronic disease following severe, acute attacks of not more than one a year with infrequent hemorrhages. 60
An evaluation of 30 percent is assigned whenever there is cured disease with splenectomy. A higher evaluation of 60 percent is not warranted unless the record shows chronic disease following severe attacks with several years remission. 30
