An evaluation of 100 percent is assigned whenever there is acute fulminating disease with few or brief remissions. | 100 |
An evaluation of 70 percent is granted for chronic disease following severe, acute attacks of not more than one a year with infrequent hemorrhages. A higher evaluation of 100 percent is not warranted unless there is evidence of acute fulminating disease with few or brief remissions. | 70 |
An evaluation of 60 percent is assigned for chronic disease following severe attacks with several years remission.
